1. Eligibility

- Refund must be requested within 7 days of delivery of credentials.

3. Refund Processing
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
- PayPal & card: 1–3 business days.
- Bitcoin / USDT: within 24 hours to your provided wallet address.
4. Exceptions
Refunds may be declined if:
- Request is submitted after the 7-day window.
- Credentials were shared beyond the allowed connections.
- Issue is caused entirely by the buyer’s ISP, VPN misconfiguration, or incompatible hardware below minimum requirements.
- Reseller credit packages — these are final sale once panel access is activated.
