By purchasing or using IPTV services, you agree to these Terms. If you disagree, do not use the service.
1. The Service
Our IPTV service is a personal IPTV subscription service granting access to live channels and on-demand content on your personal devices. All content is streamed from third-party sources; we act as a service provider, not a broadcaster.
2. Account Responsibilities
- Credentials (M3U link, Xtream codes, APK access) are personal and non-transferable.
- Simultaneous-connection limits depend on your plan (2 / 3 / 4 devices).
- Sharing credentials beyond the permitted limit may result in termination without refund.
3. Acceptable Use
- Personal, non-commercial viewing only (unless you are a licensed reseller).
- No rebroadcasting, public display, or recording for redistribution.
- No attempts to reverse-engineer, scrape, or circumvent access controls.
4. Availability & Uptime
We target 99.9% uptime. Planned maintenance is announced in advance on WhatsApp / Telegram. Extended outages entitle you to service credit at our discretion.
5. Payments
All prices are in USD. Payment is required in advance for the full subscription term. Accepted methods: PayPal, major cards, Bitcoin, USDT. Your subscription begins the moment credentials are delivered.
6. Refunds
See our Refund Policy. Summary: 7-day money-back on new subscriptions if the service does not perform as described.
7. Intellectual Property
Our IPTV brand, logo, APK, website, and panel are our property. Reproduction, modification, or redistribution without written permission is prohibited.
8. Third-Party Content
Channels and VOD are provided by third parties. We are not responsible for content scheduling, quality variations caused by the original broadcaster, or geographic blackouts imposed upstream.
9. Legal Compliance
You are responsible for complying with local laws regarding streaming services in your jurisdiction. We make no representation as to the legality of the service in every country.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Our IPTV service is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is capped at the amount you paid in the preceding 12 months.
11. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, with or without notice. Abusive, fraudulent, or illegal behavior results in termination without refund.
12. Changes
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced on the site and via WhatsApp.
